Peter Tippett Haulage has developed and maintains a quality system which meets the requirements of AS/ISO9002:1994 Quality Systems-model for quality assurance in production installation and servicing, in order to achieve the following objectives:
- Consistently offering a reliable service at a competitive price
- Providing prompt response to minimise client waiting time
- Ensuring that all drivers are competent and trained
- To continually maintain and upgrade equipment
All employees are required to adhere to this policy.
